This is a quick yoga flow to help relieve tight hips often caused by frequent sitting or long hours standing. I will include some prenatal modifications. Please note that if you are pregnant, you may not want to lay directly on the back, also avoid overstretching. If you are postpartum, be cleared by your doctor, and avoid deep twists and abdominal exercises that could separate the abdominal wall. Please make sure to be cleared by your physician before beginning any exercise program. This video is not meant to diagnose or treat any condition. Please seek appropriate medical care.
